Owner don't know how to talk with person as well patient worst service no proper treatment no even hygiene poor service poor laboratory too bad experience with this hospital..
Terrible experience. First of all they are not given basic thing like they didn't kept hand wash liquid or any kind of soap in the washroom as well as there is no water in the wash basin, when i asked i want to wash my hands after using washroom they said wash your hands in kitchen basin and use dish wash soap i was suprised, then i brought my own soap to wash my hand, then i saw in the basin there are some cup n plates i told to remove from there they said wash hand on it no problem and they serving tea n food in the same crockery to the patients that's why we carry our own crockery n cutlery. As well as they hanging floor mop next to the squat toilet which is comes to your face. staff's were to noisy. Housekeeper's having tobacco all the time. Many mosquitoes are there. kitchen sink filled with dirty water. Housekeeper's entering in the room without knock the doors. Hospital staff's sleeping in those working hours. We have to called sister's or nurse 3 to 4 times to give medicines, yesterday's incidence my aunty finished her dinner at 8 pm and they gave medicine at 11 pm. Management need to work on the basic things.
Terrible experience!! Does not recommend anyone but if you want mental torture you may prefer. This is a network hospital still they don't know policies of insurance company. They are just doing business even in wrong ways. I have to visit 5 times in a month to get my deposited money back. At first they were not ready to refund but after complaining to insurance company, they agreed. Owner even don't know how to talk with people and do not listen to anyone.
The hospital is dirty, unprofessional and horrible staff, expect for few nurses. The doctor attending to me was a complete quack. We had to revisit another hospital to make his wrong rights. The management is horrible too and won't attend to your needs. they want only money nothing else. also they ask money first if you not pay them before treatment they won't attend you.. worst experience and time waste. please avoid this hospital.
