Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We were relaxed after a long journey. The staff is humble and attentive and very courteous. Food is fresh and delicious. A great experience.

Excellent service. Staff is so polite. They will deliver the food as they mentioned before about the cooking time. Unfortunately I miss the Traditional food because of less time.

Food was just okay. yes service atmosphere,ambience was good. But 1 thing I dislike more here they charging more than MRP which is illegal also. Unprofessional practice..

Once u may disappoint while u see from front side but U can find a mouthwatering and tasty food at pocket friendly cost.

I just return from jodhpur to banswara & there was just heist. / When I ask to buy a cold drink on every item they were charge 5 or 10 Rs extra. & when I say to them that I will go in consumer court they was saying that please go, no one can do anything in this matter. & misbehave with me too.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's on-site restaurant, which offered a wide range of delicious dishes and excellent service. I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center, which was well-equipped with the latest exercise equipment, and the hotel's rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city skyline. The staff at OM Pratiksha Hotel were always available and eager to help with any questions or concerns that I had during my stay. They were attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the few downsides to my stay was the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet, which was the same every day. However, the quality of the food was excellent, and the staff was always accommodating to any requests. Overall, I would highly recommend the OM Pratiksha Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Gurgaon. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was unbeatable. I look forward to returning to the OM Pratiksha Hotel on my next visit to the city.
