Olive Calangute Mira - By Embassy Group - Hotel in Calangute - North Goa, India

Our check in time was 1pm .but the staff said there is an early check in option.they take lot of time for check in .staff were also not cooperative .room were quite clean and good. No pool view. But close to calangute beach. Time taken for check in is too long .

One of the good family restaurant. Very close to calangute beach .. we stayed there in May month for 2 days. Ambience food and service all are good. Owner is so helpful. The place looks so cozy outside but from inside its unexpectedly good. Swimming pool is clean. Food is good in taste but they take long time to serve. Rest you can surely visit and stay

Olive Calangute hotel does not honor the booking done. If you have done the booking earlier, they will cancel your booking and give the rooms to others with higher rates. Completely unreliable hotel with no valid justification. Their manager Simon tries to be smart mentioning that they will refund the money. In short, you are not assured of confirmed stay with this hotel. There are many other good options around this area, my recommendation is not to go with Olive Calangute at all, OR in general anything from Olive Living.

Worst experience for the pool side room No facilities working, day 1 brought hot water in bucket such a cheap things after paying 4-5k for each day, TV never runs after reminding so many times. The fridge is not working just as show piece, worm crawling in washroom and bathroom is full of dirty strain. Floor mopped but fully wet and dirty cleaning.Bad service with arrogant attitude. Not a right place to stay if you want to enjoy the trip.

A good hotel. Good rooms well maintained. Our team took 5 rooms. All wer good. Good proximity from beach. Walkable distance from calangute beach. Parking behind hotel not in front and was enough for us. Pool was just ok only not that good.. But just enough to chill for some minutes...

I would absolutely recommend you to check other hotels before wasting your trip by staying at this hotel. The staff was not at all polite or responsive for queries. I had to literally ask 4 times to the person guiding us to tell us what are the room numbers, so that we can accordingly amongst ourselves. The worst was the lady receptionist, who told us right at the time of check in that "we will charge extra if you spill any food on the bed". First of all who says that to a customer who has travelled so far and is waiting for his/her checkin and secondly, what are you charging the amount for? Cant afford a laundry? You guys have kept the pool in the shabbiest condition and closed it for use, there is no exhaust fan, geyser or hairdryer in the washroom. Hot water also is not regular in the hot water tap and the staff comes with a bucket of hot water after an hour. What useless service is this. Not that it really mattered but even the tata sky was not working and TV was also not working. The only good thing about the property is that it is close to the beach. But with this amount you can book any other property with much better service and rooms.p

Very nice budget friendly hotel. Staff is polite and courteous. Definitely going to rebook whenever i visit again in future. Good crowd in hotel as well

superb hospitality specially front desk Simon ,Nidhi and Anil Braganza these people are always smiling faces and housekeeping person Abhay and Anil a very good service in cleaning room. Restaurant service was also a quite a good experience food was tasty and quick service these all things made our stay comfortable so overall above 5 star experience.
