Third class service, food was not good. Waiters were not ready to accept any mistake they made. Other than that the refused to change the chair for a person who was not comfortable on the chair as she was having back problems. Totally disappointed. Had a feeling that this is the spot but no, it killed my vibe. Please have waiters who are able to understand and have humanity for other people. Pasta was over boiled and coffee was totally cold. I would have ordered cold instead of hot. Totally a bad experience.

It quickly became clear that this would make waiting for our food an arduous task. Unfortunately, the wait for our food turned out to be longer than expected. Despite having made a reservation, we found ourselves waiting for an unreasonably long time before being seated. The lack of organization and communication from the staff regarding the delay only added to our frustration. While waiting, the uncomfortable heat inside the restaurant made it increasingly difficult to remain patient. The lack of proper air circulation made the environment stifling, causing discomfort and making it hard to concentrate on anything other than the discomfort. It was disheartening to see other diners visibly struggling with the same issue. When our food finally arrived, we were relieved but also somewhat disappointed. Although the quality of the dishes was acceptable, the long wait had dampened our appetites and affected our overall enjoyment. It is worth mentioning that the service staff, despite their challenges, remained friendly and attentive throughout our time there. Considering the significant drawbacks of the prolonged waiting times and the inadequate air conditioning, I find it difficult to wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Dining out should be a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, these factors significantly detracted from our overall enjoyment. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to rectify the situation, as it has the potential to greatly improve the dining experience for future patrons. In conclusion, if you value a comfortable dining environment and prompt service, I would suggest exploring other options until the restaurant addresses these issues.

If you love Italian food, Oliva is a hidden gem of city which serves authentic italian. They have very decent interiors with beautiful music playing in the background. Menu might be difficult to understand for a beginner but once you sought it out, everything is worth a try. This also is a favourite place for couples. Definitely worth a try. #1000thingsinLudhiana

Amazing food. Ambience is very cozy and comfortable. Easy to park your car. And icing on the cake is the food taste. Never left dissapointed with food taste. Should try their live grill and salads
