worst experience ever I had, Not even having test drive vehicle in experience centre they treat like...vandhaaaa vaaa illana pooo body language. Porur branch Not recommended.

Don't by this vechile i purchased last month ola s1 air, very very worst, all vechile is failure thery are cheating, acceleration issue, software not updated, it's not worth don't by this vechile

Experience was too pathetic beacuse the person over there does not now how to deal with a customer I think his designation is sales executive, but he doesn't knows the basics of how to speak with a customer while I was talking with him another customer was also there and they are also facing a problem and there was some problem with the other customer and the executive. He is showing me his attitude and while I was explaining my problem he doesn't even care to hear me out and he is asking that give answer to his question only and speaking like he had paid for the ola scooter which I am using First time facing such a poor attitude from an old executive He doesn't know how to behave, treat, how to communicate also I don't know how he was appointed there and other thing is that while asking him weather he offered the customer a seat or not he is saying that it's not a big problem. Also other thing is that he is insisting me to take the vehicle to another service center then what is the purpose of that service centre

Worst behaviour from Sale person Mr.sekar, he answer friendly till buying the bike, after bought the bike, no response from him for service and all, Mr. Sekar from Porur branch are not responding to any of the calls regarding service, if he suppose attend the call, he answering rudely without customer consent , while we go directly to show room the Mr. Sekar name behaved we rudely while we asked about why he haven't responded to any calls regarding bike service

So much delighted and overwhelmed with the service, co-operation and experience with manager Nagraj sir. So kind and welcoming. Don't judge and fall prey over negative reviews. Just visit ola experience centre. OLA S1 is awesome electric vehicle for India as it is 1st MAKE IN INDIA electric vehicle.
