Very bad and poor management noticed on my first visit I have registered for corona vaccination on portal at given time slot. On my visit at scheduled time I was replied by 3 answers at reception first told me wait inside 2nd said vaccination time after 4 pm is only 3rd no vaccine available in hospital. irresponsible reply by staff at reception I knw this time is difficult for medical staff but in this hospital I have not noticed any business.The drs.should monitor on nursing staff

Very bad experience noticed.. Nobody is interested in checking patients.. All staffs were busy themselves.. Worst experience

My wife came here for general breathing problem but the moment she talked to Doc, Doc asked her to discribe her condition (how she is feeling). Then He asked "Have you visited South side or any beach side?".. which was surprise to us (because we have visited Kochi few days back only). Then he mentioned that it's not general breathing problem ... These are symptom of Swineflue. But after that they way they started treatment ... It was outstanding. 4days my wife was on Oxygen (while she was not feeling good) and then from 5th day, doc said that she is improving and they removed oxygen. So in short Diagnosis and Medication is too good. Stalf is Co-operative and very young blood. So very good experience. They have all facilities like x-ray, ecg, blood test, ventilator and all other major one.
