I recently joined Ohio Gym & Spa Ludhiana, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The gym boasts a fantastic array of high-quality equipment, creating a conducive environment for an effective workout. What truly sets this gym apart is the exceptional staff. Very worst experience with this Gym,,only money minded people Gym staff is not cooperative

Worst gym.Never seen such an unprofessional enviorment in gym. Unprofessional staff. Overcrowded most of the time as they keep on decreasing the price every month. They started with 25k/year and ended up giving 16k for 14months even less if you have any reference along.most of the time you will find members fighting over plates and machines as they dont have basic number equipments in the gym.the worst part is whn u see members fighting instead of resolving gym trainners start bulling the members .same goes wid higher managemnt they are one step ahead of there staff as they start putting wrong acquisition whn u ask for any help or assisatance regarding the same.My experience with this gym is really really Bad. Most importantly this gym is not safe for female members.so please think thrice before taking membership of your wife,sister or a female friend.

If you guys are looking for a gym that offers you amazing, well behaved, friendly and most importantly a very helpful staff, hi-tech machinery, amazing interior, best deals, well trained and well behaved trainers who are actually ready to help you with your workout and not even a single trainer will ignore you or show you any sought of attitude which I'm sure most of the people might have faced in their respective gyms. Oh how can i forget to add this, this is a place with no groupism and politics going around. I even noticed that the crowd is also very nice. Well most importantly the staff of OHIO GYM have maintained proper discipline. Well one more thing which i think is the most important and that is the owner of the gym is also very nice. I love each and every thing about this gym. Oh yeah i would proudly say if these are the things you people looking for in a gym then my friend your Search ends here... Atmosphere is fun and trainers are inspiring who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed - I highly recommend checking this gym out.

I have been here for almost a month and i am pursuing personal training with Aman sir who is fitness manager here and results have been amazing . The environment, trainers and ambience everything is wonderful.
