worst experience with the gym. I was new to the fitness. I was promised before admission that they ll provide good general training. But general trainers are only for name there. They hardly get out of their room. Some of them are so rude. They show so much attitude if you ask them any excercise. It could be a great gym for new people like me if the general trainers perform their duty well.My only reason to leave this gym is poor service by general trainers. I suggest the owner to take personal feedback from his/her customers as I have complained so many times but noone listened us.i

The worst experience about this gym is their general trainers. The only focus of gym is on personal training. They'll talk a lot about BMI checking, weight monitoring diet plan etc. The trainers are so pathetic they don't even correct if one is doing wrong excerices. And If I ask for tough excercises they'll say they can't they are forbiden by gym owners, they can only tell basics which is also not guided properly. They are involved in their phones or sitting in cabin specially in early morning hours. They are very arrogant and ignorant and not interested in their job. I have complained about them but still no change, in fact they all started ignoring. Either the gym policy is pathetic or the trainers are. I would request owner to write their personal no. There so that one can contact directly to them. Even the one star is more than they deserve. I would never recommend this gym.

Its good but there ac for steam room is not working for last few days but they do not bother and few treadmill is also not working properly. Its average

Grid gym nice staff trainers and clean equipment with friendly+ energetic environment i had membership for a month but after having an experience I extended to 6 months. Giving 4 stars for hygiene- clean/ advanced equipment clean washroom/steam and sauna bath areas but deducting 1 star for not getting the benefits of jacuzzi

If you are watching this review then,have look on the repairment of magnetic cycles.seats of the bicycle are feel like local gym equipments whereas its level shifting gear is also need repairment

Great Gym... Well equipped with variety machines...Pleasant ambiance.. The staff and instructors are great and friendly. Also has good personal instructors available Has steam and Sauna. And the best ~ has great schemes and pakages Absolutely love this place!!!!
