Dr Servendhu Paul the dentist gave me a horrible experience. The doctor hardly gives enough attention, the clinic is super dirty with open bottles all around, the doctor make you wait for hours despite giving a specific times appointment, and the doctor is only go8ng to give you enough attention if you get done a lot of treatment and have high bill.
One of the best doctor in eastern region. Top class treatment with a very good behaviour.

All good doctors here. Normally high demand. The clinic is on the 1st floor. The lift doesn't stop there so need to take stairs. Parking is normally a problem.
The doctors here are excellent but the receptionist is too rude...
This clinic has no discipline at all... The receptionist sometimes doesn't even respond to phone calls... Even after making the appointment, he doesn't follow the rules.... He allows patients sooner who is well known to him....
Docs are very good but facilities are worst.. very crowded.. poorly managed.. maintaining quee is big task here
Doctors are good but the old receptionist is very bad..... He is behaviour is just awful..... Lines are always busy...... It's very difficult to get an appointment
This is not my personal experience but my Mom's so closer to the heart probably. Dr. Jana, I have no words to express my gratitude to you. I cannot tell you how happy it makes me to hear that my Mom can tell me that her body is not on fire. Her ears are not burning, her feet do not have to dipped in ice water for relief , her head doesn't feel like it is exploding. Thank You again for giving her some relief at this age. I really appreciate you for all that you have done to figure it out and so we are happy too.
We regularly visit two of the doctors - Dr Priyankar Pal (paediatrician) and Dr. Sarbendu Pal (dentist). Both of them are excellent doctors and we highly recommend them both.
The place is a bit crowded as there are always many patients.
One is recommended to take prior appointments and then come. Please budget for waiting time of upto 1 hour as some appointments take longer than usual.
