Worst worst hospital and staff Whenever called for appointment the receptionist says doctor is not answering calls doctor went to attend the case Next will call you back and after hours no call back no further response and around 9pm receptionist says when we are all done with patience that madam stays in the same building please come in will take you for home checkup. Within a week of consultation ask you to pay twice when ask for explanation they say ok our fault please come in and when we visit they ask again to pay the amount. Overall worst experience third class service "Thug doctor" No value for time and money nor the consultation or patients.

Dr. Mrunalini is very patient, listens and explains everything in detail. The hospital staff is very supportive and attentive round the clock. She is very experienced doctor. My experience at the hospital was very good. Sisters and the help were very supportive, helped me in feeding my baby.

Best gynecologist in this area.

Excellent service with personal attention. I appreciate both the doctors as they are experts in dealing with patients. After my D&C procedure, which is done by dr. Mrunalini, all my gyenic issues are streamlined. I suggest this hospital for the better health of mom and baby.

Admit in ORCHID at your own RISK I am sorry to give 1 rating to this hospital. Unfortunately I couldn't find 0 or minus options here. A few months back I had visited this hospital for my baby phototherapy and admitted. We were there for 2 days. Each day 7K for such a worst place. Here is my feedback, 1. If you tell like you have health insurance, they will push you for more days to discharge. 2. All nurses are clueless, they didn't even know what needle size to be used for new born baby. 3. For the blood test of my new born baby, nurses couldn't do. Doctor couldn't do. Finally a great personality came and collected the blood sample. Do you know, he is a lab technician who will be there in cellar. He tried to take blood from my baby almost from 5 to 7 places. She literally cried a lot. 4. Staff are not much responsive. They will give reply with an attitude. No respect to the patients. 5. Discharge summary and bills not provided after 2 days of discharge. One important thing, if any other doctor in Chaitanyapuri suggest you to join in ORCHID. my humble request please say NO. Join somewhere. I have written this only because I have scared alot when we were there in this hospital. I don't want any other parents to suffer like me.

dr mrunalini madam is tooo good as a professional and a human

I have visited this hospital last month. The staff was very friendly. The gynecologist Mrs. Mrinalini's treatment was very good. Her diagnosis is very good. She is not at all commercial and helped me a lot even with the phone calls at any time. She is very approachable and friendly.

Delivered my baby through c-section last week.. excellent doctors who checked on every two hours post surgery for 24hrs. Friendly atmosphere though few staff members spoke roughly. Mrs.Mrinalini is soft spoken and clarifies all the doubts with patience.
