A good and well equipped place. The most hygienic place to workout and friendly staff. I want to specially appreciate Mr. Ajay Dhaliwal sir for keen dedication towards his work and trainees. His accurate workout techniques help me to get fast results but prevents injuries.
I would also like to mention the cardio trainer Mr. Vipan Rana sir who is well spoken, hardworking and dedicated towards his job.
