I visited NYU Salon after reading their Google reviews. I was looking for a bikini wax in Thane West and landed at NYU last week. My experience was very good. Beautician who did my waxing was knowledgeable and experienced. Initially I was sceptical as I had very bad experience in other salons in Thane but good I found NYU Salon finally. I also took their Nail extension service also sine I had time and got nail art free in 2 of my fingers. Altogether i had a very good experience here and highly recommend this salon for people looking for good services in pocket friendly prices. Their tagline "Excellent services in Affordable prices" fits very right. Thank you team NYU SALON. Will be my fixed destination for all my salon needs.

The staff have expertise & do their job very well. They are kind & polite. They made me very comfortable. The ambience & environment is relaxing & soothing. I am satisfied with the service. If you want best service at affordable price you should definitely visit NYU salon without a second thought!

My hair were in a real bad shape due to continuous straightening of hair nd chemical usage. So I wanted a treatement which improves texture. I spoke to Mehtab excellent guy as he gave me a transparent advise and didn't mis-guide which most parlor do for making money. Loved the botox hair treatment you can see results in pics... Good service, great staff and reasonable prices as compared to other parlours. Do visit once by appointment

Hats off to Vishal ji for 10/10 service.. I have been there twice staff is very positive and very proactive they keep checking on u ..renuka ji did waxing such sweetheart she asked me if all was done properly and also if wax was too hot for me I was comfortable or not Usually I have observed salons use one waxing strip for whole hands but she didn't ..so much patience and smile she was Mehtab buddy is there for your make over,he did my hair cut as I wanted he is always smiling and very patience yaar Vishal ji is heading this show ...big thank you for your exceptional customer service For me my always go to salon in Mumbai will be this..i am amazed by the positive attitude they have . I wanted to try a new salon this time, because I was tired of the big, popular salon chains who charge ridiculously high. I googled for the nearest salons and found NYU Salon. The reviews seemed genuine. To be honest, a part of me was still unsure till the last minute. I was confused whether I should take the safer option and go to some place familiar. But I decided to take the plunge. Just speaking to the staff convinced me that I had taken the right decision. They were extremely knowledgeable, knew what exactly they had to do. They gave unbiased recommendations, after understanding my requirements, which I felt was very refreshing. I did a Keratin treatment as well as a facial. My husband opted for beard trimming, facial and a mani-pedi. We left completely relaxed, happy and couldn't wait to recommend NYU to our family and friends. Mehtab, Madhavi and Priyanka are passionate professionals and warm people, who will make you want to visit again and again. True, they can work a little on the aesthetic appeal of the salon, but the services they provide for the price charged is unmatchable. I would say, if you are still thinking, just go for it!

I went here after reading reviews from google and was worth it. I got my hair Botox treatment done from here.I appreciate that during consultation Mehtab knew right treatment,instead of pushing some over expensive products. Over all I'm very happy with the service,and will visit them again for further treatments.Thank you!
