Nyrah The Wellness Spa - Spa in Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

I recently called Nyrah spa to inquire about their services, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The person who answered the phone sounded disinterested and unprofessional from the moment she picked up. She did not greet me, and it felt like I was bothering her with my questions. I tried to ask her about their services, but she seemed like she did not have a lot of knowledge or experience in that area. I had to repeat my questions several times because she wasn't paying attention, and when she finally responded, her answers were vague and unhelpful. It was clear that she was not interested in helping me, and it was frustrating to try and get the information I needed. Overall, my experience with Nyrah spa was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this spa based on their poor customer service. I felt undervalued and unimportant as a potential customer, and it's a shame that their poor service is likely turning away potential business. If the spa wants to improve their customer service, they should invest in better training for their staff and focus on creating a more positive and welcoming environment for their clients.

One of the best Spa in Navi Mumbai, very professional and very good therapist. Professional: 9/10 Massage: 10/10 Hygiene: 10/10 Steam Bath: 9/10 Manager Farheen understands the requirement and if any health concerns guides accordingly. Kudos to the team. Must vist place in town.

The spa is good. When i visited during last week of Dec 2021 construction was still ongoing. Therapsit is average and needs improvement on techniques. My son had also taken appointment for Balinese massage for which the therapist did not provide stretch before commencing massage. He is a football player and hence stretches are important. Also steam was not functional. Payment was charged in full and i realized it after my Son spoke during return from the spa. I spoke with the representative but did not get favorable response.
