Good hospital with affordable fees. Parking slot is not enough to manage all the clients. Also room availability for the patients are very difficult to get.

The infrastructure is very bad. Parking is some levelled field. The delay in seeing a doctor and getting medicine from the pharmacy is so long. It takes an hour or more to see the doctor and another one hour in the pharmacy to get the medicine. Time taken in nearby hospitals like Travancore Medical College is half of this. Go here only if it's to see a good doctor whom you know. Otherwise, it's not worth the trouble.

Arrogant security always says no parking space available even there's parking at backside. If you need parking space, must go and check in the backside. Rude, arrogant and bad behaviour of securities

Best Hospital in Kollam District. Good Doctors and Nursing Staff. Poor Administration Reception desk is average. Very difficult to get room for patients (especially for medisep holder). There is no suffient room available for ICU Patients too. They need to wait more than 36hrs to get room and relieve from ICU

Good Staff and Clean and Nicely maintained Hospital but quite crowded. Overall good.

Worst Treatment don't come here for any emergency. My Mom admitted on N.S Hospital due to brain stroke on 14th Dec 12.30am and discharge on 19th Dec 21 . Again a stroke came on 8th Jan 2022 now she on Life and death condition.... Left Brain totally damaged being in ICU ...

Dr's are really good, staffs really respectful only biggest issue is waiting period being this much big hospital consultation should be fast and systematic like pre booking appointments via online ... hope soon it will be implemented
