While initially we had some minor issues with the air conditioning, after the staff changed the room, the entire 5 day stay was amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure our requests are met. From the housekeeping, to the restaurants and front desk. Everyone made us feel special in their own way. We would definitely come back here.

Very good. rooms were really nice with working A/C and Television. Service was also really nice, as the staff made sure to check. on us to make sure our stay was good. Also, there was very tasty food at the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet and service was also really good there. Would recommend!

Comfortable good stay. Nice location. Excellent decor and comfort. Reception and checkin experience very good. Room service is extremely slow. Should have been better. Restaurant and food are fine. Room comfort is very good.

I have been staying at Novotel regularly - approximately two to three times a month over last 3 months. Based on my experience over this duration, I can say for sure that the quality of service in your hotel is going downhill continuously. Especially the reception and The Square Restaurant. This time my experience was the worst. When I went in for breakfast a table was cleaned and offered to me. However, when I sat down, I noticed that the table had incomplete cutlery, missing napkin, missing water bottle. I had to call the waiter and ask for these things one by one. I further discovered that the bread toaster was not working (unimaginable for breakfast in a luxury hotel). Inspite of complaining, by more than one guest, nobody seemed keen to resolve the issue. Unless I raised my voice, nobody did anything about it. Then I asked for an omelette with potato wedges and sausage on the side. I was served only the omelette, without the side accompaniments. When I point that out, I was told by the supervisor at the live counter that it was not his fault because he had asked the waiter to add it. Well - someone needs to teach your waiters/supervisors that guest is not interested in knowing whose fault it was - guest is interested in getting the problem resolved. I must say that a roadside restaurant waiter and supervisor has a better sense of customer service & satisfaction than your waiters and supervisors. As far as your reception area is concerned, here is my observation - This area has more people behind the desk when no customers are around. However, when customers are around, there are hardly one or two people behind the desk. When this happens multiple times, it is extremely disappointing. By the way, I have complained about the poor service of your reception desk/staff in the past as well, however, I have not seen any improvement.

Except for my check in, which was smooth and warming, everything was very slow and was never expected from such a reputed brand. I had ordered for Spaghetti but was served Pasta. The water bottle provided at Room was such tight packed that i had to call House Keeping to open it. In Breakfast Buffet, I was allotted a Table, but when i brought food to sit and eat in my table, it was occupied by someone else. And i was told to share table with someone else, which i had never thought of from such a Reputed Property.

I had a very good stay. The staff were very friendly and polite. I was sick and they provided me hot water bag and extra blanket on time and I really appreciate that. Overall it was a great experience.

My stay at Novotel was beyond amazing. The property is beautiful. Housekeeping , security Department, made sure that the service is prompt and thorough. Would love to stay here again. The hotel itself was beautiful, with modern decor and clean, comfortable rooms that were equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and made my stay even more enjoyable.
