Had an amazing stay experience! Was travelling with family. Nice rooms and property with cute garden besides the pool! Also kudos to the extremely well trained staff, especially Miss Anchu who was an exceptional host, polite, always smiling and ready to assist, attending to all our needs, making our stay experience even better! Would definitely consider a visit again!

I recently stayed at this location and had a mixed experience. While the hotel was conveniently accessible from the main road, my journey was disrupted by unexpected detours suggested by Google Maps. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the room was not ready and had to wait for a while before getting the twin beds I had requested. The room itself was not spacious and the air conditioning was not effective. There were also some issues with faulty switches and a less-than-clean sofa. On a positive note, the reception area and restaurant had a pleasant ambiance. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of options including freshly baked pastries, fruits, cereals, and hot dishes. Considering the charges, my overall experience was average. I hope these points will be helpful for fellow travelers.

The Food was good. The Hotel was not as good as expected via the images. The images were actually too deceptive. The room did not have a nice fragrance to it. It was not bad, but it was not good either. It smelled like the room had not been opened in a long time. The stay was average. Not good as i expected. There was no wow factor, other than the food, which you would generally expect from a Novotel.

The amenities are good, spacious rooms, and a decent washroom. The breakfast buffet has more options and tasty food. Was having a bit of an issue with the Laundry quality as they charge a bomb per piece of 170Rs. but the quality of it is awful ( I shared the feedback though) the service is a little slow at times. For business visits, it's very convenient as most of the offices are nearby.

Very clean and neat but i book executive room but got a normal room instead. All staff very very friendly. Love this hotel and sure to come back. Very pleasant stay it was. Thank you.

Even as an Accor Gold Member, my recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The untidy rooms and lackluster food, coupled with the worst hot chocolate imaginable, set the tone for an appalling experience. The front office staff showcased zero hospitality, demonstrating a complete disregard for guests' time. Adding to the misery, the sofa in the room was inexplicably oily, the coffee machine was out of order, and the overall lack of hospitality and time management turned what should have been a pleasant stay into a regrettable ordeal. This hotel has, without a doubt, delivered the worst hotel experience of all time. Steer clear unless you enjoy disappointment.

It was a smooth experience from check in to check out. We stayed for a day for my wife birthday and hotel staff had put cake and card in the room which was good gesture. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was good and we had a nice time. Looking forward to visit again.

This is my second stay in Novotel, OMR Chennai. Had a splendid experience like the previous time. Food was great and the service was good. Front desk/reception staffs (Anshu and Pooja) were so polite and kind. I would give a overall 5 star rating for the property.
