I see a good level of security and comfort at each stage. The room service and all other support systems available on call and helped us with out requests. Breakfast and dining is top class and we were able to enjoy wide variety of food cultures. The restaurant staff must be applauded for their great hospitality and striving hard to provide best food experience. The managers at restaurant are always available. The hotel is located at prime locality. So there is not enough space to go out and take outdoor walks. Swimming pool is small and not enough when crowd gets into it. Otherwise rest is good.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. All the staff of this competently-run hotel are very friendly and helpful, which creates a marvellous atmosphere for guests. Excellent Stay !!

Staff's were very professional and good. Breakfast and dinner was good. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend others to stay in this location. Room was very clean and neat.

This hotel is probably one of the worst. In my opinion they are not a 5 star hotel. They can be a three star hotel at most. The rooms here are very small and crammed. The carpet walkways to the rooms on all floors were very dirty. The check-in process took about 20 mins. The restaurant was decent but overpriced for what they offered. Their tea and coffee was one of the worst. They make their coffee and tea in a five star hotel using packet milk. It had weird after taste to it. In short there are so many places you could stay at for this price in Chennai and have a hassle free , relaxing experience .

Tout c'est bien deroule, petit Bemol pour le petit dejeune bon mais pas assez de choix et souvent les memes choix (pas de poulet non plus), Aussi pas de tag "Don't disturb" / "Clean", nous nous faisions reveilles tous les matins a 9h30 pour le linge c'etait assez agacant et il fallait faire la demande pour avoir des chaussons ainsi que les peignoirs. En dehors de cela l'etablissement est bien situe les employes tres souriants et serviable et chambre tres propre. Uniquement les points ci-dessus a corriger et la note aurait ete de 9 voir 10.

Good, clean and comfortable hotel. Location was also good as it was away from busy area hence, traffic near the hotel was not bad. Staffs were very attentive and a special shout-out to Karthick from F&B who was very friendly and accommodating. Most of d staffs can't speak tamil, tats sad since we are in Tamil Nadu. Rates and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Slightly overpriced.
