The worst diagonistic centre I have ever went through... First of all wrong report given for which my wife could have been die.. Whereas surakhsa gave correct report.. About front office executive they don't know how to behave with patient party... They talk rudely and very badly.. Outdated old staffs... They only how to take money... Better u visit surakhsa, rb diagonistic, lal path lab etc... Just worst... 0 star...

Poor communication...Poor quality of work....they need to teach how to talk with customers.....they don't know how to behave with others.... I'll recommend not to go with this diagnostic centre....highly disappointed

If it can be 0 star i would have given that... Worst diagonistic..if you want wrong report you can definitely visit then..behaviour of the nurses and staff is very rude...most of them are old they need to know how to behave...front office executive if asked more than once they will literally shout..i again done my report from suraksha and they gave me wright report...never go there to die...

A diagnostic centre with most features and tests including all types of blood test, MRI, CT scan, colonoscopy, endoscopy and most importantly PET scan (only available here in whole of kolkata) Better if they had online report delivery facility. Another problem is the crowded place on the ground floor along with the poor behaviour of reception staff. If there were a few more receptionists or the place was shifted that will be better

Extremely bad service .there are soo much careless for emergency or hospital patients. I am with a critical patient waiting 35to 45 minutes.
