Please don't go here I request you all very bad service and goondaism after if we check out more than a day and staffs behavior is very bad

I don't know whether any renovation work was going on after the floods but the rooms were not good as they had unwashed bedspreads, pillow cover and the cupboards were smelling bad.The bathroom was okay but hot water was not available. The latches were not proper and the workers were constantly moving across creating dust throughout the stay. The 2 stars are only for the good staff behaviour and I would like to reiterate that I'm not sure the facilities were bad only because of renovation or it is like that at all times.

1) Room are clean. 2) Hot water is not really hit, it's just little warm water but 24*7 available. 3) No room services available. 4) But nearby hotels available. 5) Just 1 km from main bus stand 6) Don't expect any nature view from room. 7) Overall 4 out of 5 points from my side

The hotel is good for the amount you pay, i stayed with my wife and there is no problem for family to stay, staff is also behaving well, the downside is hot water is not available, even though hot water is available, but that system is not working, so you will get only lesser amount of water that too with light heat. Atleast cold places like munnar, they should take consideration of providing good hot water.

A good budget hotel, more of a home stay type, safe for family travellers, very close to bus stand. Plenty of Veg and Non Vegetarian hotels nearby, so need not worry about food. Do not expect deluxe conditions here but true value for money.

Just basic hotel and budget one. Hot water service is good. Fan is there but it makes noise. No free drinking water. Location is very good and its in the center of the town. Overall its fine if you are looking for a budget hotel

However it is located little bit away from exact center, it is a good value for money. Where can you get BIG bathroom with 24 hours running hot water just for ..? Certain things require attention but what they are offering for ..is honestly quite satisfactory.
