Doctors are really polite and treat their patient nicely except one doctor who seems quite rude. OT staff is really nice. But their administration staff (girls) have no etiquettes of greeting patients with respect and politeness. No professionalism and zero level communication skills. No smile on face and it seems like someone has forced them to work there. Student nurses have no etiquettes for entering patients room. They do not even knock on the door and dont tell patient what they are checking for. I will give zero star for their admin and nursing staff.
