I booked a solo trip to India and wanted to get my yoga teacher certification while here. From the moment I reached out to the academy prior to coming I was met with kind, friendly and helpful assistance. All the information I requested was provided and assistance with accommodations was offered. When I arrived and went to my first class again I was greeted with the same kind and welcoming vibe. All of the teachers are so knowledgeable and provide you with a sense of confidence that you can learn and teach all that they show you. Their teaching methods are easy to understand and all efforts were made to ensure that I understood the practice and lessons being given. I aspire to be as good of a teacher as each and everyone at Nirvikalp and also hope to be as flexible as Ashwin one day I can't thank everyone enough for allowing me to come and learn the beauty of yoga and the life changing benefits it will have. I hope to come back and do the 300 hour course in the future. Thank you for making me feel welcome and for teaching me so many new things that I will continue to practice, study and teach back in Canada. Your support and encouragement was felt every day. -Amy

I really like the teaching methods. They really focus upon the main concepts of Yoga and its applications. I feel I've grown( growth/development) mentally, emotionally and spiritually after joining YTTC 200 hrs.
