I had a partial meniscus tear in my knee. Even after 3 months of the injury and doing prescribed physio exercises, I was limping and the piercing pain kept coming back. I was hopeless. But after just a few weeks of sessions with Seema ji, I could walk without limping, the pain reduced and I could feel the strength in my legs. I love her systematic slow yoga healing technique. Her positive energy and happy vibes is a great add on. Although the sessions are very expensive, it is much better to invest in these sessions than buying medicine. If it was more affordable, I would have loved to continue her sessions every day!

I reached out to her in the midst of my many emotional and physical issues. I Loved her systematic approach of tackling the emotional/physical/mental and in general day to day problems one by one. Dr Seema helped me to understand the various attributes of Chakra and their significance, along with the effects they show on body when misaligned or out of balance.
