Just wrapped up an exhilarating and rejuvenating 7 days stay at the picturesque Nirvana Retreat, Igatpuri. In 7 days, using Ayurveda, and through the mediums of Massages, Therapies, Diet, Yoga, Meditation and Walks, one has an intense detoxifying experience for the Body, Mind and Soul. The place is a Must Visit for 40+ years individuals who go through the daily rigors of life paying little attention to oneself. The staff and management was very professional and ensured personal attention to each and every participant. The facility took care of every minute detail to make the stay and scheduling (therapies, doctor appointment, etc) as comfortable as possible. The diet was surprisingly tasty despite being Satvic food. Overall, a 5 star Detox experience!

Had been to this place for a 10 day course and it is absolutely worth every rupee spent. The admission process is seamless and the rooms are decent. Daily schedule is kept in every room and has to be followed for best results. The whole idea is to inculcate a sense of discipline and order which is otherwise missing from daily lives especially where diet is concerned. The massage and other treatments were timely and informed a day in advance. I was particularly impressed by how their internal systems are integrated so that the changes the doctor makes to the diet schedule is easily viewed by the staff in the mess hall and accordingly the food is served which is edible and has an acquired taste for most part. This place has a very peaceful aaura, throws one out of everyday city and work kiosk... Connects you to Natural Living , food, spiritual world and like minded people.. Nirvana Naturopathy and Retreat is definitely worth going to . Its an insightful experience into Naturpathy , Ayurveda , Yoga and much more. Its good value for a great and beneficial treatments and overall nurturing of one self. The location is outstanding and so serene and beautiful. GuruMaa is a great visionary and planner and is clear about what people need and how to manage an institute of this nature and size . She is also a motivational speaker and a great orator. She touches the heart of all the guests with her simple but hard hitting messages. Am sure under her supervision and guidance Nirvana will grow by leaps and bounds. The doctors are the true essence of the place . They are patient , compassionate and knowledgeable and make the guests feel comfortable and do a good analysis as well. Have to specifically mention Dr Roshni bala for being very approachable and helpful . She even consulted beyond her duty hours which was really nice .The HOD of the Ladies section did a great job of co ordinating treatments patiently. The other doctors such as Dr Pradeep , Dr Chetan , Dr Swati , Dr Anmol and others were also good at physiotherapy, acupuncture etc. Dr Pradeep took extra care despite having his one hand fractured . Even the Ayurvedic center technicians did a good job. Mr Kamal Paatni was a very good yoga teacher and also helped with stretches and exercise / asanas guidance to particularly help with my frozen shoulder condition. Kudos to the entire dedicated and wonderful team. We also had a great fun bonding with all the guests present making it feel like an extended family . Definitely will recommend Nirvana to friends and family.

Awesome experience, truly worth try, every doctor n internship doctors, attenders are very friendly strict, intersting no oil diets, in exciting lively location, motivational lectures by Choti Maa, Dr.Richa and Dr. Roshni, fun-filled garba workouts by Dr. Boomika, calming yoga n pranayam sessions, everything was perfect n got good results too.... Very much impressed with the arrangement, cooperation and smiling face of all staff, cordial environment during treatment. I must say Dr. Shivam Sharma took personal care not only of me but observed that he treats all patients with the same zeal and zest. Dr. Richa is also very good and prescribes the treatment after analysing the ailments of patients. Talks given by Dr Richa and Dr. Dr. Roshani were knowledge enhancing.
