Pros:
1. Clean and well decorated room.
2. Near to the ghatshila station.
3. Near to the auto stand.
4. A few restaurants can be found nearby.
5. Provide fresh drinking water.
Cons:
1. Geyser was not working.
2. Lift was not working.
3. Rooms are on the 4th floor.
4. Mosquito problem. But they don't provide all-out or something like that.
5. Staffs were not available all the time. Sometimes we didn't have water to drink.
Stayed in the hotel on 27th May with my family - overall it was a very good positive experience. The staffs were very helpful and was always there to listen to any need. As it was off-season we did not book the hotel prior. But if you are going during the winters - you must prebook the hotel. A very nice environment and also walking distance from the railway station.
We stayed 36 hours but we got AC only for 8 hours. They've controlled from their distribution board. First time I found this kind of service from any hotel. I don't suggest for staying there. Only plus point is hotel situated beside platform no 1.
Absolutely comfortable and beautiful stay in Ghatshila. Services are good too and the receptionist was kind enough to assist us. Rooms are very much clean & hygienic and spacious as well. It's very nearby to the station which was convenient.
A good new hotel in walking distance from Ghatsila station. The staffs try their best to fulfil the requirements of the guests. I stayed there in last December, and liked the service. Will recommend others.
