Nirman beach Homestay - Home Stay in Puri - Puri, India

A good homestay where we stayed for four days. Our room had a double and a single bed, fairly good wash room, a well equipped kitchen and two balconies from where we had 180deg view of the sea and the beach. Hospitality and services were excellent courtesy the owner of the property Mr Padhi. He provided us good accommodation beyond check out time to enable us to catch our train in the afternoon. The property looked ordinary but the hospitality and warmth was extraordinary! Our stay there was like a home away from home!

We have a wonderful stay here. Behavior of all are very polite. It's clean rooms clean atmosphere make our day much comfortable. We had decided we will again stay here whenever we will be in puri

The room is very near to beach, with beach view from balcony. They also provide good homemade food on request. Very neatly kept rooms with good ventilation and also ac. The owner gave good advice on the local tour. Good place for family

Overpriced. They don't change bedaheets. No room service whatsoever. Food cooked by their relative is also bad. Please check room videos properly before booking. They send you a clip of a particular room and when you reach they offer you a different room. My suggestion is that there are lot of better options around. Good hotels nearby. This is not a homestay and neither a hotel.

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour I got from them..first time I have seen a homestay who don't maintain registry...after paying the amount of booking the room 2 months before of journey still when I called them just 10 days before going there to confirm that we are coming at that time I came to know that they don't maintain registry..what idiots they are!!!!!! ,they were informing me that all rooms were booked..and they wanted to provide me a third class hotel...u should know people are paying you according to your demand so u should have a professional attitude..if u can't arrange tell them, don't do like this.very shocking

Basically ..as per name it is a homestay. Four wheeler parking has a limited area maximum 3 car's could be park. Behaviour of owner was fantastic, But I feel a little bit of harassment because of owner. He sent me a video of room. after that I booked the room for two days. When I reached, he told me AC of that particular room was not working so, u can stay one night in other room. Next day morning ,me and my family locked the room and went to Shri jagannath temple. When I came back, the owner told me your logged was shifted to that room which I booked and AC is in working condition. Without my permission the sweet owner was shifted my wallet, tablet, mobile,etc...... till this point it was ok. At that time my parents was really need a rest. But AC was not in working condition . I called to owner about the condition, he was very sweetly told me the ac mechanical is arrived with in 3 hours u have to manage. Really it was very peaceful movement anyway I decided to leave that room . I suggest to all of you don't book the room in nirman beach home stay.

If anyone is planning to visit this place via their own car, I will suggest to avoid this place as the property is located in a very narrow gully. Also don't get fooled by the google pics as it wasn't matching at all with actual rooms Fan sound was highly intolerable as well

The place is more like a studio apartment in a building - not like a typical hotel. One room has 2 double beds, a sofa and a tiny balcony. The sea is slightly visible across several houses. This place is good for long stays, for standard family without having to pay more for extra bed. Very near to the beach, around 5min walk. The owner is very friendly and helpful, provides good suggestions regarding sightseeing. Home made food is tasty and and we requested them to be non spicy.
