I wish I could give negative stars....... pathetic service by the staff involved with the pathalogy lab and one who involved with the distribution of report.....was asked to wait for an hour but took 6 hours for the final disbursement of the report ......that's how they function .....not at all concerned the emergency of the reports ....and the situation by the time they disbursed the report , the doctor went off....such negligence from the hospital that boast itself off being one of the best in customer service.... deceitful .
Nirmal hospital provide best service staff is so helpful and supportive my experience during CT-SCAN was so comfortable. Dr. Rajat Chaudhary is a great doctor he is polite and friendly with us.

A multi specialty hospital with a in-house pathology service, X-ray, Ultrasound, CT scan, general ward, private ward, emergency, operation theatre & ICU facility.A separate wing for gynaecology. Chemist shop also available in hospital compound. Consultation fee is very cheap with comparison to private doctors also testing charges are less with comparison to private labs in town. Hospital also have canteen to cater patients and their attendants and ambulance service to patients.
