Their studio is spectacular with opulent decor and rich ambience. Their products are also class apart with great designing and quality. But while they've heavily invested in the store and the settings, they seemed to have forgotten to pay attention to the staff they hired. Their staff consists of juvenile girls who don't dress, talk or act like professionals. They act more like bored popular College girls. I had to buy a diamond nose pin for a friend who's getting married and found a gorgeous one at the store. Like any customer I was trying to get the price down and was met with condescension and judgement. The girls left no opportunity to remind me how trivial a product a nose pin was. When I asked to talk to someone in the management i was told that for a nose pin they will not even take the time out to talk to you. When you buy any diamond you get a laminated certificate detailing the specifications. When I asked for the same i was met with the same derogatory attitude and reminded again that it was just a nose pin so they couldn't go through the effort of getting it made. Only after consistent requests did they finally oblige my request. This store is definitely class apart but if you're going to ill treat paying customers then I can only imagine where you're headed. And if diamonds set in gold is a trivial purchase not worth anyone's time then your store is an oxymoron.
