My father is under the treatment of Dr. Jeevan sir in the oncology department. Associated with a surgery and admitted on 24/11/2023. Got a room in nims phase 2 on the second day itself. The room is very clean and comfortable. Doctors Jeevan sir and Veena madam behavior is very exemplary as well as nursing staff, cleaning staff, security staff pro Arya,All staff from insurance section were very well behaved.It would be good to start a canteen in the new building as well Manikanadan nair (patient).

I've been admitted here for about a week along with my brother and grandma at Phrase 2 Block under observation. Now I'm perfectly normal thanks to the hospitality provided by everyone. The doctors and nurses were kind & positive & took care of us in the best way possible. I'm really happy to see how we all got well within a week. My big thanks to all the doctors and nurses. Much appreciated !

Even though the hospital charges high for services, an equal worthy service is not provided. There is clear lack of coordination in the whole system and no proper address of grievances done. Less patient friendly approach but obviously too lacking even in basic infrastructure. If you are to visit, make sure to bring from home wheel chair for patient and chair for bystanders.

My mother is admitted here & we have experienced nothing but greatness. Starting from the emergency department she have received the care & compassion we all expect. The nursing team treated her as one of their family members. The physians updated us her progress regularly & answered all our questions without any hesitation. We appreciated that. Each team member regardless of your titles who touched her life, thank you so much. We cannot express our gratitude in words. We wish you very best for your future endeavors. While we were there went to do an executive check up. We have received an awesome experience starting from the check ins. The executive team received us with a big smile & lot of positive energy. They have communicated effectively among themselves, with different departments and with us. There was no delay or wait times for ant tests or physicians visits. The price is also very affordable.

I have been admitted here for a week. (Phase 2 building )I have experienced awesome service starting from the check ins. Overall behaviour and attitude of staffs and doctors were too good. We didn't faced any sort of difficulties except room allocation.

I went for executive cancer screening fullbody checkup with my wife. I had a very welcoming atmosphere there. Could complete all the tests timely. Last year i did checkup at other hospital my son suggested here. I think its cost friendly and more tests were available. Thanks executive team. Surely recommend to others too.

It take time to meet Lakshmi doctor but our time worth it, she and all the doctors there are very talented, skillful and clam. And the other staffs specially nurses are very clam and very helpful. They helped though all my delivery. Seriously my experience here is very satisfied and happy. Two suggestion is to have more toilets in ground floor, it gets crowded and gets dirty soon. And mosquitoes repellent in each floor will help alot.

Excellent treatment and service from nims hospital. All the female ward staffs are taking care of my mom. And pro amutha also take care of our queries and rectify each and everything.thanks to all..one More things to notify that hospital management is to avail room facility for the patients who needed for room.
