This is the genuine review for this place. We had 3 night stay here and we like the ambiance and location. The view from balcony is the best. Food quality is good and hygienic. Staff's behaviour with us was very good and service is also fast. We would definitely recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of an extended stay at the resort . The impeccable service, luxurious rooms, attentive staff, and delectable food made my experience truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

It's a very good experience staying in this resort. Room service is excellent. It's a very good place to watch out. Staff is supportive. Everyone must visit / watch out this resort.

We were given an upgraded room without asking with a higher floor and better view. The bathroom could've used a refresh but the beds were excellent and the room was well-appointed. . The hotel would benefit from a sunshine..... And atmosphere especially service tooooooooo good

We had a booking of 3 Deluxe Room for Check In 20-09-2023 Check Out 22-09-2023 and Check In 25-09-2023 Check Out 27-09-2023. After booking once I checked Deluxe Room details, I couldn't find AC facility. Firstly I try to upgrade with make my trip but could not. Then I rang up the property talked to MD (Mr Mozammil) to confirm whether the Deluxe Room has AC, lake facing and in 1st floor or not. He replied none of these are available with Deluxe. So, I wanted an upgrade of all three rooms with AC, lake facing and in 1st floor. In reply they told me, It is possible to upgrade with all I want, but I need to pay extra 600RS per room per Ni and pay at the property. Then I agreed. When I reached at the property, they could provide me 02 Rooms with AC, Lake facing and in 1st floor and One room with AC & lake facing but in ground floor (Not in first floor). When I asked, they replied this is what is available. Manager of the property was on leave. We talked to them, but could not solve the issue, In 1st floor there was also renovation going on in some room, so we thought maybe it would not be possible on their part to give us another room. We agreed, on their commitment to make it alight in next slot. But after check out when we again came in next slot (25-09-2023 to 27-09-2023) we were given 1 Room at the 1st floor and 2 room in ground floor, I talked to the manager of the property, he replied 1 room in the 1st floor is occupied, he offered me the 2nd room in 1st floor for 2nd day, Now he is unable to shift his client, then I asked why did you keep my booking and committed. In this stage after lot of discussion and quarry, We could find out there was only two room in 1st floor with Lake facing & AC, third room did not exist. We could not find a solution, then I talked to their MD (Mr Mozammil), after discussing the whole issue we finally came to a solution that, Instead of charging for 2 nights premium, he would charge me one night premium and one deluxe (i.e. Instead of charging 3600 extra for the upgrade of three room he would charge 1800INR). They have a very good lawn and they offer campfire for the guest. I hope they shall make their lawn more attractable. Location of the property: Location of the property is convenient for those tourist who has own or vehicle support for 24 hrs. No public or private transport is readly available nearby. Service of the Staffs: All the staffs are very cordial. But a staff named Faisal, needs to undergo a small course on Hotel Management, where he would learn the rules and basics of Hotel and Resorts. Wash Rooms: Out of three, two wash room are ok. As the third one is mosaic, it looks dirty in comparison. Geyser is ok. But flow of water is very poor, so I had to fill up the bucket and mix hot water with cold water and take bath. All the toilets have same issues. Comments: The property needs some minor improvement of facilities, the management had lack of professionalism and commitment. Committing and not able to keep commitment is a kind of cheating/bluffing to your customer.

Facilities were not good. Toilet smell was there and wash basin pipe was directed to bathroom floor. Flask for hot water was at least 100 years old. Didn't mentioned about the prices of evening snack and tea (we thought that was complementary) and in the end we were billed a huge amount. We booked through a holiday package and we were forced to stay 3 days. Otherwise we would have left after the first day. Not even a proper name board was there for this place

It was a pleasant stay. We stayed for a long time. The service was excellent. There's this Nigeen lake as a front view to our room. And food options available for breakfast and dinner is good.

I wish there was a negative rating option that I can give, the location was totally unsafe, the staff was not supportive, the rooms offered were different and the washrooms and rooms were not cleaned. I booked this hotel with MMT even they are not helping us. They all know the condition of the hotel which is why it's under the non-cancellation category. All the positive reviews of the hotel are fake.
