Never Expected Cheating from Nexa Dealer. Fake documents created to present to Customer. 3 weeks After the delivery of Baleno Alpha model, we found Extended warranty was not taken and we paid the money. Secondly we found that engine protection on insurance was not really taken they showed fake invoice of total paid bill including this, but reality is they paid less money with out this. Again after one week, unfortunately we faced one Accident, during the calming with insurance company we found that Bumper to Bumper option was not on insurance they took money from us. Conclusion, with in one month we found 3 services that we paid and we didn't get. After they caught by us, Extended warranty is applied and refunded the money for engine protection. But i dont have bumper to bumper option for my new vehicle. At last, when we shared out concerns Management was saying like they are througing to Sales person and i am sure one team work happended in the Nexa dealers. Manager was saying he can't control 70 employees, Sorry to say that this guy is not fit for this post since he can't even understand Manager word meaning it self to control their work, really suspecting the whole the teams hand on this cheating. We are looking forward to hear the comments from Nexa company on this un believable cheating before proceeding to legal actions from us with all proof what we have.

Please Avoid this branch, Go to kannur Nexa or if you are from thalassery go to saidarpalli Suzuki arena. This branch is so shady and acts inexperienced. No proper bills or procedures and inconsistent what they say, they will say anything to book a car later they will change and act like a dump. I Highly Recommend to avoid this showroom. very bad experience from the staff ... it's disappointing because it's experienced from nexa showroom..... when we booked swif full option car they didn't give proper details.... that's why we go another showroom and we tooked car from there.. after that we requested return the booking amount.. they tell us it's will credit with in 6 days.... now almost one month and 10 days ago still it's not credited...... two times we visited showroom they tell tomorrow it will credit..... we wait patiently one month after that we go there ..... yesterday we go showroom and ask about the money .. staff behaving very rude ... so informing public ...carefully deal the nexa showroom team in Thalassery chirakkara ... I have full proof .. WhatsApp chat...
