New Shanti Hotel - Fast food restaurant in Konark - Puri, India

The food... Uffff Better don't order roti, it's worse than my hostel one. The price is like any other hotel, but the taste wasn't satisfactory.

I have only visited this hotel once. I had ordered Bombay thali. They served Veg fried rice,dal fry,paratha,Paneer,mix veg,Bhaji,Achar,curd,Papad in the thali. And food was great.And I had a great experience here. Staffs are well mannered. I remember one of the staffs, he was so kind. I don't like curd. I always prefer sweet curd. I asked that staff casually 'brother,can I have a spoon of sugar' and one more thing, at that time they didn't have sugar in their hotel, but that brother went and bought sugar and gave me. All of their staffs are well mannered.

Price is too high compared to the food quality. Normal rice dal plate was 130 rupees. Hotels beside this offer veg thali for 70Rs . Travel agencies are already planned with this hotel,thats why rates are high.

I was there with my sister. I had crab where she ate prawn. Both of them were very good. Very tasty and fresh infact. The behaviour of staffs also very good. Price also very reasonable. Only thing I didn't like was the AC wasn't working that day. That was just a bit turn off for me but fod was way too good so 5 from me

Price is high compared to food quality... Every staff of the restaurant is in rush... No one is there to listen to you... They have agreement with travel agencies else I am sure they will hardly get any repeated consumer....

Food quality is worst. No quality of food. They serve as you are eating for free or in langar. They have agreement with travel agency so that guide will take you to that hotel only. They serve half item as per menu and all food is just for name sake.

It's soo crowdy when the bus arrives. We didn't got seat for even sitting. Then we all wait for 10 min then we got our lunch. Taste of water is not good. There was soo rush. The washroom is not proper.

Her I visited for the first time and its price is too high . Chana masala is 120 rupees which is double than the price and taste is not good. For me its the first and last time visit to this hotel. Thank you..
