The Konark Sun Temple is very beautiful and a must visit place. It shows the intelligence of the ancient Indian architectures. There is are sun dial also which shows the real time according to the shadow which is amazing and the most important part of the temple. The history behind this structure will definitely surprise you. But the sun shines very bright there, so keep your sunglasses with you and also do not forget your hat or cap whatever you want to carry. In short, I would like to say that it is a very beautiful historical architectural structure where you can and you should visit with your family and friends. This place is wheelchair accessible also.
It's the pride and most precious heritage of Odisha. It's an architectural marvel. The newly built museum by Indian Oil Corporation adds glory to its history. A must visit place. The light and sound show in the evening is beautiful. Both the temple and the museum are highly preferred. Sunset at Chandrabhaga Beach and a drive through magnificent Puri-Konark marine drive will complete the trip. Winter is the best preferred time to visit.
