Yesterday I repaired my beard trimmer and changed the battery. It's perfectly working after their service. Good service centre in Chandannagar. This is the only service centre of Philips brand at Chandannagar. Staffs behavior was polite and good .
They only do service of philips home appliance and the lighting section of Phillips is completely different section, coming towards my first impression was good the people present over there are really customer friendly and helpful, never the less they also provide sales of different Phillips home appliances and has online pick up service of the purchased product with an extra discount and a reliable warranty friendly service. The service cost is so reasonable which I think is another '+' point for giving a 5 rating to this service centre. If you live near Makundu, chandannagar, Chinsurah, Hooghly or even Bandel you can bring your 'broken' or 'not working' phillips home appliances to this place for repair or even exchange it with a new one, Thank you.
