I had my delivery in NMC operated by Dr.Swaramya. Such a kind person and cleared all our doubts with patience. Very sincere towards her work and treats all her patients with atmost care. I got admitted and stayed there for one night for my delivery. She monitored my status throughout the night with the help of staff nurses in the labour ward which is very much appreciated. All the nurses were very friendly and caring which made me more comfortable. All the cleaning staffs were sincere to their work. Thanks to Dr.Swaramya, staff nurses, cleaning staffs and food providers. Overall had a good experience! One last suggestion would like to give is to provide a little spacious rooms which make comfortable for the patients to stay.

I recently had my delivery in NMC, my gynecologist is Dr.Swaramya, she is such a sweet and positive person. She was very supportive during my delivery and my pregnancy period. The labor room nurse and staffs were very supportive and friendly throughout my labor though it took more than 1 day. I had faith in my doctor and the labor room staffs. After 1 day of wait I had normal delivery both baby and me are healthy. Thank u Dr. Swaramaya mam and all the labor room staffs

NMC hostipal atmosphere is too good and clean. Doctors are very caring and kind. Doctor vist also 3 to 4 times in day. Nursing staff's very caring and give a lot of advise and tip that's make my uncle feel so comfortable. Even cleaning staff also good, they cleaning twice a day it's really good. Especially Doctor explaining the treatment method very clearly. And they provide quality of food and snacks for patients at perfect timing. I hope this is one the best hospital in pondicherry.

It seems to be most of the reviews are seems to be fake review. it deserves less than zero. Since i don't find option less than 1, I'm opting it 1. I request to don't go for in-patient admission before reading this review otherwise you may loose your loved one. I don't see good in-house consultant over there. There are few consultants are working there in part time who is good. In this case getting treatment in OPD is good. Day before yesterday I have admitted my father-in-law as in-patient for kidney infection and diabetics issues. Starting from the admission I have faced below issues. Get admission around 11 am but got bed around 5pm. almost took 6 hrs.' to get room. From the admission neither doctor from Urologist or Diabetologist visited patient to get to know patient status and to plan treatment. They started treatment without visiting patient with proper consultant. Due to this cardiac arrest has been occurred and then immediately requested then to discharge the patient. Now he is taking treatment in another hospital in critical stage. Nursing service is bad. Usually they should do periodic visit to the patient and need to monitor patient conditions. They are only visiting only on attender request. In case of attender is not knowledgeable then you will be in risk. Hence request to make sure they have enough infrastructure, Doctors/Specialist availability and good caring nursing staff.
