New Life Hospital - General hospital in Rajakilpakkam - Chengalpattu, India

First of all, I am so shocked to read all the negative reviews out here. As many people said here the Hospital entirely relies on Dr.Sudha and without her nothing works there. My Wife and I had a girl baby which is a normal delivery in 2019 and everything went smooth and good. Right from care to the Do's and Dont's during the pregnancy has been clearly explained. I guess due to over dependent on Dr.Sudha the hospital name is getting spoiled as its nearly impossible for anyone person to manage these many patients and to do delivery at emergency. The hospital has to recruit some efficient doctor's to overcome this issue. Since, my girl baby is hale and healthy and we had a really good experience with New Life Hospital I'm posting this review...Hope the hospital administration correct their mistakes by hearing patients feedback !!

Had my normal delivery few weeks back here in this hospital..!! The nurses in labor ward are like saviours..!! Real great service and motivation provided by them throughout my labor..!! Hats Off and thanks to them.. I had my first child delivery 6 years back and visited the same hospital for my second child too..!! sudha mam always focuses on normal delivery..!! The rooms, staffs, nurses,duty doctors were so good and concerned when we stayed there for two days..!! Only the nurse who be there during sudha mam's visit is very rude..!! I dont know her name, but a bit fat lady nurse who is there during OP is not fit to be a nurse at all.. she was so rude and compelling us to get admitted in hospital and dint allow us to meet sudha Mam at all..!! It should be brought to mam's notice for being rude with most of the patients..

I was cleared my reviews posted by mistake, as I don't post reviews unless the place is close to me i could recollect I don't find the previous review posted about new life. I moved to another city, but still could cherish the new mom moment here. I delivered my daughter here 5years ago. I feel Dr. Sudha and her team of duty doctors and nurses then were very patiently handling the patients from consultation till delivery and discharge. The updates given in each visit till edd and follow up calls from 2days prior to edd, monitoring in labour ward once you are admitted, till delivery, taking care of baby till discharged were satisfactory. They would even remember you after 3months when you go for baby's vaccination. Not sure about the facilities around the hospital now, but when I delivered, only issue was to get juice/food when a lady attender was with us. I have mentioned about this in review previously, having some stock of package health drink should be good. Hope this is taken care already. All the best team!

Please visit the nearby government hospitals for better treatment rather than visiting this dumpster. The entire hospital staffs including the doctor and admin are insane. Greedy, selfish and ill-treating are the exact words for these people's motive. I wish they rot in hell.

The service which they provided was very very poor. 1st for any situation if we are getting admitted insurance can be applied no matter if it is one or two days. The administration will force us to apply for insurance afterwards and ask us to make payment. Very poor administration. Next if there is any emergency never ever choose this hospital.. there was an emergency situation and we were forced to reach here at 3.15pm, they immediately asked us to get admitted and doctor is not here and no one was there to check everyone who came and said was we need to take scan and when that scan will happen is at 6clk because scan doctor is not available. okay atleast to check what's the issue we need doctor to be available doctor we be coming at 6.30PM.. The scan was processed at 6.30 and around 7.45pm we got to get to the doctor. She checked and asked us to get admitted for 2 days.. Insurance was not processed and we will be in emergency we will say yes to anything for whatever they ask.... A complete hospital is dependent on sudha, having a bad infrastructure admitting as many people as they can, only with one doctor you can't manage... If you have insurance please select other hospitals.. even if you don't have insurance, for the money they charge we can check other hospitals for better service .. The rooms which i got were not properly managed, i could see injections and Needles, staff were completely irresponsible and will be on Phone and gossips mostly.. Ahm just got in mind for hot water you need to go to the third floor and ring a bell there and they will get the bottle and fill it up... One day it was 3AM and i believe they slept and i tried to get some hot water and got no response for the bell.. believe they slept and I'm not concerned about they slept, I'm concerned about why even hot water is not easily accessible. We understand why you guys are asking us to get admitted for more days, but the service which is provided right OMG... The waiting time even for discharge 8clk i got confirmation for discharge but could move out at 2.30PM. because they were waiting for duty doctor.... Try avoiding this hospital, management and administration, scan, reception, and are very bad with service..

Worst hospital, i had very bad experience...I took my wife for her fever and cold...the Dr Divya who is not ready to see the face of patient and asked set of questions and prescribed the medicine, not even used her stethoscope for to know the heart beat

We went to the hospital with prescription for putting nebulizer for my kid. But the hospital refused it. They told if you see the doctor here then only we can allow. They focus only on money not as service.

Hospital is good but they charge amount for every thing including water but don't keep water for patients.Everything you have to buy near by shops.very very very very very careless front desk staff.
