Don't buy from this shop. I bought a fish food for Mono angel and particularly mentioned the fish name and it's size, they gave me the big size pellets of a premium brand and the pellets were not visible in the packaging. When I went to return the product they refuse to take it back telling me that I should have checked the product without removing the package and asked me to break each and every pellet according to my fish. They made me wait like a beggar without giving a proper response and doesn't care not even an ounce. Visit only if you are an expert in aquatic products or else you will be scammed and ending up buying a useless product.. Please listen to the customer needs and provide services accordingly..

DO NOT BUY HERE. they do not know what a customer service is. Think several times before buying anythin from this shop, pets or accessories or food for pets etc. VERY POOR QUALITY OF PETS. MONEY GONE TO THEM TO BE FORGOTTEN. THEY DONT REFUND ANYTHING. The lady who spoke is very rude. They crowd pets and very badly maintained. There is no option of zero stars. Good pet shop. Price Little bit high but varieties of fish and other pets available. Marine fish available based on the requirement. Pet clinic is available as a part of pet shop. Aquarium is the main focus wheres other pet related items are bit less. Overall good place to buy fishes and pets

Very unhygienic. The fishes are kept in dirty water. I am sure they wouldn't have cleaned for years. The sales girls was busy on phone and didn't even answer questions when we asked her. Very bad experience

Dotn buy from this pet shop... They sell cross bred labrador pup... After one week we fell ill due to pup ... We said we will return it... They are not attending call and telling not our responsibility... Along with pup they sold so many medicine. And food... Pet shop scam

Good place to buy pets.. custom made fish tanks are possible.. They can provide home solutions for aquarium

Love this place for all my aquarium needs. People here are knowledgeable to answer and guide the newbies like me. Fishes were kept healthy and the owner is so kind enough to the fishes. Once when I was buying there, owner accidentally dropped one fish and he was so worried and kept calling the fish ..baby baby.. don't worry .. so heart warming to watch.

I recently visited this pet shop and was shocked by the prices of their products. While they had a decent selection of items for pets, the cost was extremely high compared to other pet shops in the area. Even basic items such as pet food and toys were priced significantly higher than what I had seen at other stores. Although the store was clean and well-maintained, I couldn't justify spending so much money on items that I could find elsewhere for much less. I also found the staff to be less than helpful and somewhat indifferent to my concerns about the high prices. Overall, I would not recommend this pet shop to anyone, unless you have unlimited funds and don't mind paying exorbitant prices for basic pet items.
