Very horrible experience. Please do not visit in case you care about your peace of mind. The staff there is unresponsive as unavailable most of the times. They asked us to sit on the first floor and there was no one attending there. After calling for so long a lady waitress finally came to take order, we asked her to get the cold drink first and then bring the rest of the order as we were very thirsty. Then she disappeared for 40 minutes. When we asked the Manager to get us our order and informed about the cold drink, the waitress came and started misbehaving and denying that we asked for cold drinks first and blatantly lied. The Manager assured told us that the order got mixed up and it would take more time to get the food we requested them to please hurry up but as soon as he left the waitress started passing taunts and sly comments which were very unnecessary as she was the one in the wrong who had misbehaved earlier. We then confronted her and asked her to keep quiet and not speak unnecessarily but she kept at it and started harassing us, we then went and called the Manager again and instead of immediately pacifying his staff he tried acting like a judge and asked both sides to explain, the waitress started blatantly lying and acting like she had done nothing. However when we told what had actually happened they started asking us to please give them a chance and stay, but the waitress kept saying something or the other and misbehaving with us. It was very tiring and honestly not expected out of a restaurant where WE PAY THEM to serve us and not consume their services for free but I think they forgot to inform their staff of this. One of the most horrible experiences ever, pathetic service, pathetic staff. Do not recommend at all. Don't know what kind of staff they are hiring and why. Please do not visit.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The lady who was there to take orders had no manners. She started a fight for no reason with us. We kept waiting for an update on our food for more than 45 mints and when asked she said its not her duty to keep a check if the food has been served or not. I mean, if it was not her duty then what the hell she was doing there. Felt like they are feeding us for free and that is why showing such attitude. Had to share this so that no one else goes through same experience, such staff member is the reason why this restaurant is not suggested to anyone. I hope they had better staff and service.

Review by a vegetarian guy. Vegetarian items preparation are not up to the mark. Today I ordered Khati roll and you can see the crust is not that crisp. It was like paneer was wrapped in a prantha. Just see the image. Baki nice it is one of the finest place for couples

I had the worst experience at this place as the staff lady who was there to take orders misbehaved and used words like 'bakwas kar rahi hai'. Not a single staff member was there, for 30 mints we kept waiting for our food. That lady had no sense of respect towards the customers. She kept misbehaving with me infront of other staff members too. Worst experience ever!!

Worst experience ever. We had to wait for food for more than 50 minutes. Staff didn't had manners to talk to customer "The lady who was taking orders misbehaved" and started a fight for no reason. Wont ever go again and won't even recommend to anyone.

Service was not good...food was ok...... I ordered chicken rara...they provided huge pieces of chicken.

Food is good Esp. Afghani momos , rara chicken , tawa chicken But there service is poor .
