Doing Yoga is great experience. It is useful not only for the body but also for peace of mind. Since last three months I find myself more flexible and stress free to some extent. We would like to request for continuation of this class so that many more can join. I am thankful to New Age Yoga Institute and especially Sowjanya Mam. She is nice teacher and her way of teaching is excellent.
I joined the yoga institute just before the pandemic. I have attended classes of 3 teachers till date (my timings kept changing), and the experience was excellent. The teachers are very interested in teaching the concepts of yoga rather than just treating it as an exercise. The groups i was in were very supportive and I look forward to every session.
I have got wonderful experience in this 3 months yoga class. Our yoga teacher is excellent in yoga teaching, she has got good experience, skilled, well trained and sufficient knowledge in yoga. I sincerely thanks BMC for arranging this yoga classes.
Our coach Hemali Safi is excellent in her ability to teach and make us do yoga to perfection. It reflects that she is well trained from her source (NAYI)to deliver her work. Also her anatomical knowledge and yog theory match very well which gives the result . Good work.....keep going
