The hotel is more of just a room. They don't have a restaurant in-house and so dinners and lunches are out of question. Breakfast menu is fixed and is brought to the room. Tea or coffee isn't served unless asked for along with breakfast. It isn't customary to provide spoon for having breakfast. Room service would clean the room and that's about it. Bathroom doesn't come with towels so you need to either carry your own or ask for one every time. The first room that was provided didn't have a working AC in the Chennai heat. The second one had an AC around 15 feet away from the bed. Nevertheless... The second room also didn't have a working shower. Now I was feeling embarrassed to ask for another change. So I just requested them to repair the shower. The entire hotel has rooms with only single beds kept beside one another to give illusion of a double bed. This beds aren't joined so the beds slip and move around a lot at night. Mattress is too soft and gives body ache in the morning. When asked about all these gaps, the room service said this is how it is done here...
Basically its a two person stay place but they had kept 4 beds for 4 of us. No place to walk also. Rooms were clean but AC was not working as expected. It took very long time for the room to cool. It was leaking water. We had to ask for everything but service was ok. Dustbin was not provided in the room and we had to use the dustbin in washroom for everything. The water was always hot water. Never got the normal water to take bath! We saw a small Cockroach at night! Overall a very average stay.
Worst ever customer service faced in recent time ! They not even bother your concern and even they will not listen to your words if you politely explain your needs. Totally money minded management !! If you're comfortable to pay for anything with no questions. then this is the best place you need to stay at vanagaram !!
I stayed in vanagaram and mugappair west both are good.. Food is good Rooms are value for money.but do not stay in Ambattur...very small room,bed is very small.. But rooms are clean.if u do not get room in vanagaram or mugappair west do not take ambattur option at all...

No neatness, behavior is not good with customer, charges extra money for each thing after the commitments before booking the room....waste of money....no clean rooms bedsheets,power issue, water issue....I suggest u please don't go for this it's totally waste of money
Poor maintenance. over all good but ac not functions properly. When we go through goibibo online they allot a different room
Overall it good for family because it is safe only 2 suggestion kept a air ventilations and increase the breakfast time services and management is ok
