Rooms are neat and clean. No charging point available near bed or table. I need to hang it on the wall and it will be lucky if it has not fallen. Value for money. Location is little interior.

1.location of deluxe rooms in the hotel are three streets away form the hotel . Only premium rooms are at the hotel . 2. Deluxe rooms doesn't even have hotel name to recognise it 3. Though provided a menu in the room no food available to serve 4. No security/room boy)/receptionist available for every need , we need to call the hotel main reception it took more than 20mins to serve the need 5. Towels, kettle were provided only when we ask 6. Water bottle, soap kit or toothbrush kit were chargable 7. Worst thing is that the bathrooms consists of insects, cockroaches and small snake kind of . 8. Difficult to tell route to swiggy person also as there is no name on the entrance
They provide accommodation in different buildings called deshna lodge 2nd Floor. Too much smell inside the room, no power backup, lots of mosquitos. Breakfast also provides very late.
Jet pipe was not working.. water is too less.. property location was different, when i reach there they took me another resident apartment by scooter, there they have got one floor.. room was smelly, small room.mosquito was there.. I request for all out, but they didn't give.. the person was not able to speak or understand English, tamil and hindi . He was from Asam.. there was nobody in reception.. it was worst experience in hotel so far.
I stayed there for 2 days and the service was good, food was not up to the mark but also not bad, The rooms are clean and tiedy, the ambience of the room was calm and quite with out any disturbance. And the room service was also very fast and the wifi provided was also high speed. Would like to stay in the same rooms again if visiting Chennai.
