We recently moved to our new office in iThum tower IT park. It's very close to NH24, and upcoming Metro station. There is plenty of space to walk or run around. Ever since Bikanerwala has moved to this place, lunch has been very easy. There are other food options too.

It is a business park with parking facility and in b block of ithum tower Bikanerwala is the major attraction. Outside of ithum tower smokers goes to tapra point for smoking local food vendors are there to serve professional. you can easily get food there like Poha, chai, paratha, Maggi etc.

Thanks for transforming my house to my dream house. I recommend Neevarch. They are not only professionally equipped but they go beyond to create a best place to live. They made our Diwali special by decorating on our special request.

Updated (17th Oct'22) Fraud company(Neevarch Interior) and management. I would suggest not to hire them. They(Karuna Kumar and Nibha Thakur) are not returning advance payment of 2 lac rupee which I made and even not answering my call. I have initiated legal action against them. Please avoid them.

Amazing place also have parking facilities and other facilities.

Very nice location & beautiful building for office spaces located near upcoming Metro station...lots of open area , proper safe paid parking... In few months/years from now rates of this building would multiply due to its multiple facilities for offices smooth operations.
