Neelkanth Hospital - Private hospital in Haldwani - Nainital, India

Pathetic Hospital. My wife was admitted there for almost 2 weeks that too in ICU. And all Dr.Gaurav Singhal had to day about her Mata ji theek hai then why was she kept in icu for so long? And when I had asked him why is she suffering from fever and chills . He rudely answered you will not get it and no doctor can tell that why fever is occurring. And now she is critical because of him in Delhi hospital. Doctor here in Delhi said that there was some problem in the x-ray done by Neelaknth hsptl. It was clearly showing some problem in the lungs. And when the situation got out of the hands he immediately referred my wife to Delhi hospital. Her lungs were all white and she was diagnosed pneumonia . And the fever, chills and drop in oxygen level was because of pneumonia. And when my daughter had asked him she is having high fever and chills again again. He became so rude and started arguing with her and said you will not understand if i start using medical terms. And today my wife is critical because of him. And still he was not sorry about it was smiling sarcastically over the issue. Whole hospital and staff are undertrained to perform their duties. Most unhygienic hospital even after charging so much from their poor patients. And they are allowing food in their filthy icu. I mean who ask you to bring your own food in the icu. This pathetic Hospital does even after charging lakhs from their patient.

This is a place where 50% patient die, rude staff and high charges...They kill patient within 5-10 minute after admission and keep the dead body in cool place and make high bill amount. CCTV cameras removed from ICU and some other places..

Best hospital wid best Dr in haldwani.Dr singhal is so polite and he takes his patient seriously wid smile in his face Nursing staff is also best full staff and facilities are awseome

My mother was hospitalised four days back .the situation was not that much critical but here the doctors are making the situation worst specially Dr Gaurav Singhal the doctor and the owner of Neelkanth Hospital , the staff is unprofessional and no doctor was appointed for my mother only nurses and ward boy are taking care of my mother and now my mother is facing new problem of oxygen ,the oxygen level is decreasing day by day and when I asked the doctor or nurses ,they don't reply,very unprofessional staff

Dr Gaurav Singhal is one of the best respiratory doctor in town. The hospital is slightly costlier but he with his acute treatment helped my grandmother (suffering from ILD )to comeback to life so many times. Hospital is very expensive, room charges are too high. But best part is if you ask doctor for some financial help they provide it. A slight help can also work.

I visited this hospital several times. No regrets whatsoever! Today I was with my father, Dr. Apurva Gupta from Neelkanth Hospital undertook their tasks proficiently and discussed openly.They make us comfortable & without any waiting a surgery was done before the time what we expected. I liked every effort of Dr. Apurva Gupta Sir & some employees. Again big thanks to Dr. Apurva Gupta Sir !!!!

Brother, this is the worst hospital. Yes, after talking for 3 hours, they give the blood report in 6 hours and waste the patient's time.

Avoid going there. They simply prepare your bill, and you must then proceed to another hospital.
