The rooms were not clean, bedsheets were also dirty. Room cleaning was not being done regularly, when I asked about it then the owner said that it's done every alternate day, even if the room is dirty. Sofas were also not in good condition and the room didnt justify the money he charged for that room.
The owner was so arrogant and rude. Bad service. The rooms were so dirty and bad, the lighting of the room was bad. The bathroom was very very dirty.
If you have excess money and just want to spend it for no reason you're most welcome to book a room here

Don't go there, very dirty property. and not couple friendly. The staff asked for extra charge for letting a friend in and after I gave them more money then they allowed
Will not recommend this hotel at all. Basic things like water was not available at washroom despite telling the staffs multiple times. Room were smelling badly. Towels provided in the room were very dirty. We booked for 3 ppl and payed extra but no extra mattress or pillow was provided.
The rooms were good, the staffs were friendly but only one problem is that the bathrooms didn't have exhaust system. One thing to mention the place is couple friendly.
Rooms are nice with Free Wi-Fi and smart tv where you can have access to netflix aswell.
Service is equivalent to zero. They dont have glasses or plates (as they dont have any restaurant facility, thus outside food is allowed) & also they dont have a lift, so if you're getting a room in the second floor you yourself have to carry all your suitcases by the stairs.
The location is very peaceful and nice. Very near to KiiT.
(& I would like to add few of the things inside the property are not properly managed. Like in our room the regulator of the fan was not working. No geyser in the washroom. The toilet seat flush use to leak when flushed)
