Excellent service & Good staffs who are keen to help customers always.All the areas are always kept clean,customer lounge is also good where we can sit back & relax with a cup of coffee watching the progress of our vehicle.They have also got excellent washing in which i was very satisfied.Keep up the good work forever team NCS.

No attention to details of the work. Need to point out and make them finish the details(have to wait a lot!!). Makes customers wait a lot( tells the car will be ready for pickup @ a specific time but gets delayed a lot).No satisfaction at all.

Horrible body shop. Shoddy workmanship, even worse customer relations. Rest assured your Kia painting is sure to be messed up here. The finish is not up to scratch. It's better to find a professional body shop and entrust the work to them. After the accident, we are in shock and we hurry to the dealer workshop. This is a horrible mistake. And the dealer workshops make the most of this situation. This workshop in Kollam is okay for your normal maintenance tasks but for nothing more. I regret I took my Kia to them. I am planning to take my car to a detailer for a better finish. Damage to pocket is very bad. If all you want is an oil change and a wash, you might want to consider this place. INCHEON KIA KAYANKULAM This is the place to be in if you live around Kollam. This is a full-fledged workshop with all the necessary equipment. They have an electronic Puller in the body shop so that your Kia is back to the factory shape after an accident. The workers are professionals and they know what they do. I was quite surprised by the facilities they have and enquiries revealed the dealership is run by Nippon Toyota ( Azad Moopan group) Most of the customers I met there are from Kollam and they have their own stories to tell.
