NCS KIA KOLLAM - Car dealer in Thazhuthala - Kollam, India

I had booked 2023 KIA seltos DCT XLINE and the delivery was done on October ( waiting period 2.5 months). Sales executivies ( Vishnu and Sreevishnu) are non responsive and to get booking they give false promises. Because of that had to do many discussions with CCM Anu, ASM Shojin and GM Manoj. I would appreciate the efforts taken from them due to the issues caused by the sales executives. The issues were well address by Anu and all the communications were done via mail and by call. Shojin also done his role as ASM and really appreciate the support from Manoj GM till the delivery of the car. Except the sales executivies bevaiour I am satisfied with the service given from NCS KIA
