This place provides average to good quality service. Customer service is reasonable. Adviser's are reasonable... keeping aside the fact that when you order a part you have to wait close to 10 to 15 days for it to get shipped here is what i had to experience and also to mention each customer have to carry out the follow up if a part is required. They wont call you and update you. Atleast i have not received any calls.

This is a good service facility and the team offers great customer service. I've been doing my annual service here for a while now. They attend to your issues well and solve them but what I found commendable was that they also give attention to other minor niggles that you may have missed out on. The communication is also prompt. I've not had much interaction with the new sales team though as I had bought my car from the earlier management.

I haven't done any service there , I went there to enquire about the parts replacement . The approach towards customers was not nice

On a Sunday when my family was coming from Guruvayoor at about 8:00 pm our car got punctured near Puzhakkal luckily we found Hyundai service centre we informed the staff over there who were really helpful and in invited to showroom they immediately called the mechanic who came there who repaired car. We were able to drive home without getting stranded. Thank you all staff and mechanic who was ready to help us reach home.

Pathetic experience. I went for servicing of my car at 8.30am since I wanted to avoid the weekend rush. There was no one at the office except the security. Waited for almost 45 minutes for someone to attend to me. The ladies at the reception collected my details and went their way. When I came our of the service lounge to check if someone was available, the ladies at the reception were gossiping about their saree purchase while customers were waiting for a long time. Really bad experience.

Excellent service centre. Very courteous staff and always helping in nature. Enjoyed the visit. Although the vehicle Hyundai Creta itself is not much praiseworthy, rather of flimsy construction, the service centre is good.
