Navaratna Inn - Hotel in Thalassery - Kannur, India

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the room service was top-notch, always making sure I had everything I needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel's location near the railway station made my travel so convenient. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We organized a surprised birthday party for our mother at the Navaratna party hall, and couldn't be happier with the service. The manager Sreekesh was very responsive and helpful. We coordinated the entire event from out of country, and everything was done to perfection. Hall arrangements, food, service - everything was implemented to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Pathetic service from the waiters. Did not even take orders after sitting at the table for 20 minutes or so. It was as if we weren't even sitting there as none of the waiters seemed to cater to our needs or cared to even notice us. We walked away after waiting for a while. The quality of food might be great but what use is it if you fail to take orders? Get the basics right.

The best hotel in thalassery I would say.. Spacious rooms with all amenities and ample parking space. Nominal room tarrifs. Breakfast was the only letdown. The food is also good. The hotel is situated right next to thalassery railway station. The road can get hectic traffic during evening.

Today my parent's 50th wedding anniversary was celebrated here. The arrangements made was commendable. They did everything as per the instructions which was up to the mark.. The stage, sitting arrangements and the food that they served everything was amazing and well taken care. And not only this the cuisines that they serves at the restaurants are of best quality and delicious.. highly recommended.. kudos to the entire team..

Excellent customer service and food is also good. Must try items are chicken 555, coconut beef fry and meals. The phulka here is extraordinary, the best in whole of thalassery. Roti lovers should visit this place.

We cannot thank you and your staff enough for making it an experience to remember for life. We must say that all the request were kept in mind and fulfilled to the best possible levels. We thoroughly enjoyed the party in the luxurious hall that you have provided and the hospitality and the food was fabulous and yummy . Thank you so much for all those we have mentioned above.

During my recent short program at this venue, I encountered subpar service from the restaurant coordinator. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy negatively impacted my dining experience, leaving room for improvement in their customer service standards.
