Best place to avoid -Nature's Basket store Lack of coordination and synchronisation of online orders and stock of products. Customer service is of no help, they will simply raise their hand and point towards store. For past 3 years ,as per my recurring experience , they will accept online order , when closer to delivery slot they will inform Rider not available. This is applicable for not only this location but other Mumbai locations as well. It is high time that Godrej leadership should look at business and supply chain model when entrants like Zepto are delivering in 20-30 mins. Godrej Leadership are you listening ??
The staff as well as the customer care reps were very helpful throughout an order that could not be completed because a couple of items ordered online were unavailable. They went above and beyond in making sure we knew the items' unavailability. The delivery person who came a second time came through heavy rain, and was very professional and courteous. Never ever go to store to buy any products, shop gives you rich look but product were very dangerous to eat. I bought Tropicana Mango Light juice and Hide&seek Choco Rolls, they both in such condition where we scare to eat. Choco rolls with all over small red ants and juice was opened already and test like weard. Both were went to dust bin. So if you wanna store into dust bin then only go for shopping at this store.

Even after scheduling a time slot there was no delivery or any update and after checking with the customer service and store multiple times ,the only response was there is a network error and order can be only delivered the next day event though the payment was done and the products were available in store.

Overall a very good place. Lots of variety in stuff. You can get almost all good items here Indian or imported. Decent and very well mannered staff. Some are really helpful. The problem lies with their customer support if you happen to have an issue and contact them they will make you go round and round but never answer your question or address your problem. Be sure to carry a bag here as they charge extra for a bag which carries their advertisement
Good store with a decent amount of variety. They have dedicated frozen meat section at the back. It's a typical Nature's Basket store and as there is a decent demand for imported goods, stuff here is more fresh than others. You also get some items that you wouldn't at other stores in the franchise.
