Natural Ice cream - Ice cream shop in Pune - Pune, India

I visited Naturals today and the service was bad. We were not allowed to enter with our pet. I understand there might be rules. But we just wanted to place an order and wait outside but we're not allowed too. Imagine I came with my family , where one can place order and others can wait outside. What if I visit alone with my pet how am I supposed to place an order. These rules are very unfair for pet parents. It's high time we learn to coexist. I decided not to order. Horrible and pathetic customer service.

Naturals is everybody's fav. Naturals got famous due to its Jackfruit flavour. Everytime we go, most of the flavours are not available. Like today no jackfruit was available. Staff is underrated mentally to deal with customers. But since many instances Me and my family is noticing that quality and taste has changed. It's consistently going bad to worst. Naturals shud look into it very seriously and meticulously for its existence. Putting this review after a very long and prolonged experience with this outlet.

Naturals is one of the best icecreams to have with my favorites being coffee-walnut and tender coconut. The staff here is very good and the place is very clean. You can sit here and have icecream. There are a lot of flavors up indulge in and takeaway boxes are also well packed incase you stay far.

Good and tasty ice creams It has been increasing price unreasonably I ordered tender coconut scoop but they did not clean there scoop properly and it caused other flavours in my ice cream making it taste bad

Naturals Ice Cream !! The quality they are maintaining is sky touching. Worth to spend money for a good desert. If you have craving for Ice Cream, surely this is a must try.

Newly opened outlet at Wanawadi, Pune. When we talk about Naturals Ice Creams, we talk about their quality & flavours. The ice creams here are damn good. You can get more than 20 flavours at any time of the season. Their speciality, they offer additional flavours according to the seasonal ingredients/fruits available. They surprise you with the festival special also. Best thing, the ice creams are easily affordable. So do try them sometime.

Very spacious Naturals Store, located near kedari petrol pump. Lots of varieties in natural icecream. Loved their sitafal , coconut & Anjeer Ice cream. They have sitting area too.
