This come in to service from 1978 as an autonomous body under the ministry of social justice and empowerment, government of India. To develop human resources for providing services to orthopaedically handicapped namely training of physiotherapy occupational therapist, orthopaedic and prosthetic and many vocational course . Ticket price for ops is Rs 40/- and timings is 9 AM to 11 AM registration valid up to 3 month. All Staff are helpful , there are also nice sitting arrangement for patients. Location is opposite to ISI barnagar and bus is also easily available from all over kolkata. Patient here treated by experienced doctor and intern.
